1Scope of Services Offered

Shree Electricals provides professional electrical contracting, engineering, and maintenance services across Pune and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Industrial Electrical Maintenance
• LT Panel Design & Installation
• Busbar & Cable Tray Routing
• CCTV Installation & Upgrades
• Server Room Dedicated Power Setup
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

Specific details, timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones for each project will be outlined in a separate, customized written Proposal/Quotation provided to the Client.

2Site Access, Safety, & Preparedness

Because electrical installations involve high voltages and critical infrastructure, the following rules apply:

• 2.1Safe Access: The Client must provide clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the service areas. Shree Electricals reserves the right to suspend operations if on-site conditions present immediate risk to life or health.
• 2.2Power Shutdowns: When wiring panels or installing busbars/MCCBs, temporary power shutdowns may be required. The Client is responsible for coordinating internal operational shutdowns and securing backups for sensitive equipment (e.g., servers, automated systems) during these periods.
• 2.3Regulatory Clearance: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals or clearances from local building management or factory zoning boards, unless project management terms explicitly detail that we will manage these approvals.

3Quotations, Pricing, & Materials

To guarantee maximum safety and long-term durability, we adhere to strict quality rules:

• 3.1Material Integrity: We use only high-grade, ISI-marked electrical components. Client-provided materials must meet our safety standards and are subject to inspection before installation.
• 3.2Fluctuating Material Rates: Due to volatility in commodity markets (such as copper and aluminum cable components), price estimates in our quotations are typically valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.
• 3.3Additional Works: Any modifications or additions requested outside the approved scope of the original quote will be documented as a "Change Order" and billed accordingly.

4Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC terms are defined as follows:

• Preventive Inspections: Scheduled testing, digital thermal scanning of distribution boards, and safety audits are conducted as per the frequency defined in the contract.
• Priority Support: AMC clients receive priority scheduling for sudden electrical faults or breakdowns. However, emergency call-outs are subject to transit times and on-site hazard inspections.
• Exclusions: Replacement of major hardware components (e.g., burned-out LT panel switches, ruptured busbars, cabling damaged by external force) is billed extra unless explicitly covered in the custom contract.

5Limitation of Liability

Shree Electricals executes all jobs in accordance with Indian Electricity Rules (IE Rules) and modern engineering practices. However, we shall not be held liable for losses resulting from pre-existing faulty wiring not modified by us, supply fluctuations from the main utility grid (MSEB), or client failures to perform periodic maintenance outside of our AMC scope.

6Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms, along with individual contracts and billing invoices, are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of our work or quotations shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
